Jamia Nizamia Derby

Introduction:

Jamia Nizamia Derby Educational Center was first established in 1997 by its founder Qibla Pir Zulkifal Hussain Sabir Chishti. Its opening was on the 8^th June 1997 in which scholars from across the UK were invited for its opening ceremony.

Since 1997, till now there have been classes in Religious Education for young people to allow them to study the holy Qur’aan and basic understanding of Islam. Up until now over 300 children have successfully completed the holy Qur’aan and have been awarded certificates in the holy month of Ramadhan – each year.

First of all above everything is the future of your Children, in order for a Good future and be Practicing Muslims you need to put your trust in us and send your children to Jamia Nizamia. This is the best Educational Centre in Derby for your children and the community. 

Note: The main purpose of our mission is that to make the community aware of what is needed and what actions we as parents need to take so that our children may have a good future. We regret to inform that, parents are very careless and irresponsible in terms of their children’s education. The reason for this is that parents are unaware and do not know as to where they should send their children for their education. Parents are the main cause for the destruction of their child’s future if they don’t know where their child is getting their education from. Sadly we have so many so called Aunties that are teaching Qur’aan in every other street yet they don’t have that what it takes to be a teacher of Islam, and are illiterate themselves. When children either leave from them or they come to us at Jamia Nizamia, we realize that these children know next to nothing about Islam or how to read the Qur’aan because their previous teacher was an Auntie.

As parents, it’s your responsibility to send your children to the right place, and always be aware as to what your children are studying and where. We strongly advise that you as parents stop supporting those illiterate of Islamic/Qur’aan Knowledge Aunties in destroying your child’s future.

Classes

Here at Jamia Nizamia there are currently more than 100 children studying the holy Qur’aan and Islamic Education. We have children (boys & girls) who are from the age of 4 to 16 year olds. There are two classes held, the first class time is at 4.30 - 6.00pm. This is for the infants and the young up to age of 12. The following class is up till 7.30 pm in which the older children and the elders. These classes are taught by highly knowledgeable, most qualified with years of experience working with children.

The classes involve studying the holy Qur’aan and basic Islamic Beliefs. The classes are held from Monday to Friday and an Urdu class on a Saturday for all ages. This class is held from 4.30 - 5.30pm.

Awards

As mention earlier that the award ceremony takes place in Ramadhan, so like every year the same process will take place at the end of Ramadhan this year.

Alhamdulilah, 7 children have completed Hifz-ul-Qur’aan in the past and now we proudly announce that currently there are 5 in the same position on their way to becoming Haafiz of the Qur’aan.

Amongst which one has completed recently. Therefore, this year Jamia Nizamia will be proudly presenting awards to 12-15 children who completed the holy Qur’aan by Nazrah and One who completed by Hifz of the Qur’aan. 

Events

Since the establishment of Jamia Nizamia it has always been at your service in terms of providing education for your children, the community in terms of Jama’at of 5 daily prayers and the Friday sermon (see Pray at Mosque!),spiritually a monthly program held on the final Sunday of each month after the Zuhr prayer. Taking this opportunity we want you to participate in all the services we provide especially the monthly program ‘Dars e Qur’aan’ in which there is spiritual guidance for all young and old. 

In the District of chakwal, Pakistan where before this, there was no facility for the religious education for children. According to the needs of population in the area, Alhamdolillah Hazrat Pir Zulkifal Hussain Sabir chishti has bought 3 kanals of land and built upon a beautiful structure and named it 'Jamia Rehmat e Rasool' to fulfil the needs of the community. On the day of the opening of the madrassah the children of the community were preached that this madrassah has been opened for and all for their benifit.

Our aim is to spread the word of Islam and to preach other people. Acheiving this target, we currently have over 70 boys and girls studying hizf, nazrah and the basic knowlage of islam. Also since established, in 2002, over 25 students have completed hifz-ul-quran, two of which are now teaching at this madrassa.

Reacently (Alhamdu lillah) a local resident Donated nearly 3 kanals (1815 square yards) of land for the Establishment of a new branch of Jamia Rehmat-e-Rasool. (may allah be pleased with her.) By the grace of allah SWT the work for this Mosque has started and insha allah it will be beneficial for the local community as there is no such mosque or madrassa within aproximatly a mile radius of that area. It will be able to hold over 2000 people and will also consist of british wuzu facilities and a madrassa for the islamic education of boys.

Established in 2004, United Charity has been continuously striving to help the Needy and Orphans both in Jamia Rehmat-e-Rasool and the surrounding areas. The charity has also arranged for Water facilities for the community and the students of Jamia Rehmat-e-Rasool and also pays for the Education of the poor, needy and orphans. It also provides uniforms, stationary and other materials i.e. books etc.

United Charity also provides a set amount of allowance for those families within which no one earns a wage. Every year it distributes Zakat to 70 - 80 needy families and also a monthly allowance to orphans of the region and the students of the Madrassa Jamia Rehmat e Rasool.

Also the charity aims to open a free chemist in the area for the poor people who urgently need it and those who cannot afford to pay a larger amount for the medicines that save their lives.

* Land donated by a local resident to Jamia Rehmat e Rasool upon which the construction of a Mosque is underway which requires £80,000.

Established in 2002, by it's founder, Qibla Pir Zulkifal Husain Sabir Chishrty. Paradise Model School has served the community in it's best form. With nearly 20 staff and 250 students, Paradise Model School is serving the local community Providing free education for the poor.

The school teaches both religous and secular Education.
